DESCRIPTION:We are excited to announce the return of the Regional Development Programme (RDP)\, and the Regional Distance Development Programme (RDDP). \nThis programme will be done by invitation. The RDP invites are based on long course 200IM rankings\, while the RDDP is 800m and 1500m Freestyle rankings\, in the long course season before the programme. \nYou can find out more information about the programme aims on the website\, here. \nPROVISIONAL DATES \n\nRDP & RDDP Camp 1: Saturday the 20th December 2025\nRDP & RDDP Camp 2: Saturday 28th February 2026\nRDP Camp 3: Saturday 13th June 2026\nRDDP Camp 3: TBC\n\n

DESCRIPTION:    \nWe are excited to announce the return of our para-swimming training sessions for the 2025-2026 season. \nThe sessions are designed to develop the skills of para-swimmers from the East and West Midlands\, providing expert coaching and an opportunity to be signed off for classification.
