Swim England is the governing body for Aquatics in England. The National Development Directorate is divided into Regions, who each have their own Regional Management Board (RMB) that work with Swim England to make decisions about the Region. The RMB decides to employ staff members, who carry out the operational delivery of the strategy in the Region.
