Its World Mental Health Day!

In recognition of this significant day, our Youth Panel embarked on a small listening project, reaching out to our community with a set of thought-provoking questions:

1. How does aquatics support your mental health?

2. What do you do to stay mentally healthy whilst engaging with aquatic disciplines?

3. What more can be done to support young athletes’ mental health and well-being?

4. One word you associate with positivity in your sport?

We are pleased to present you with the insightful answers from three of our Youth Panel members; Aoife, Adrian, and Alex and four anonymous community members.

The feedback we received sheds light on the different experiences and perspectives surrounding mental health. With today serving as a reminder of the importance of prioritising our mental well-being!
