City of Coventry Swimming Club is looking for a new Chairperson.
City of Coventry Swimming Club is a registered charity, run by volunteers and employs paid coaches. As well as performance swimming, the Club has strong Water Polo and Masters sections as well as a growing Learn to Swim programme and is about to move its base to the new 50M pool at the Alan Higgs Centre in Coventry.
The Club is ambitious to develop in the future and the Chairperson will be expected to lead that development within the Club and in co-operation with outside bodies. Experience of finance and human resource management, together with some experience in the aquatics field, would be advantageous.
