We are running two Virtual Open Water Development Days for all Cat 1 and 2 members aged 12 to 16 years old (age as of 31st December 2021) across the East Midlands and West Midlands on Saturday 26th June and Sunday 27th June. These sessions aim to raise awareness and provide an introduction to Open Water Swimming and are perfect for those who are considering giving Open Water a try and/or those who want to broaden their knowledge of Open Water.
On Saturday 26th June we will be doing a session for 12 – 16 year olds with limited or no experience in Open Water at a competitive Regional Championship level and above. The second session will take place on Sunday 27th June for more experienced Open Water swimmers, aged 14 – 16 years old, who competed at the Open Water Regional Championships or above in 2018 and 2019.
The Virtual Open Water Development Days will take place as follows:
Date: Saturday 26th June and Sunday 27th June
Time: 10.30am – 12.30pm
Venue: Zoom – online (details will be circulated upon confirmation of attendance)
