Desired Qualities
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Able to communicate effectively with swimmers, parents, coaches and committee
- Willingness to work with, and learn from, the Head Coach
- Have a good working knowledge of child protection and safeguarding
- Awareness of the importance of maintaining high ethical standards in coaching and
behaviour/discipline - Willing to pursue continuous professional development opportunities to ensure that knowledge, skills and qualifications are kept up to date
- Willing to undertake enhanced DBS check
- Holds safeguarding certificate
