The region would like to offer advice for all clubs thinking of holding meets.
- Consider including in your Conditions a clause restricting liability in the event of cancellation to the return of entry fees.
All of our current events are still going ahead as planned, and the welfare of anyone attending Swim England West Midlands events is of paramount importance.
Swim England West Midlands will be continuing to plan for our events as normal but we will be following Government guidance and assessing risk as appropriate.
