In light of the new Regional Strategy, and a move towards us diversifying our membership and ensuring that it is reflective of the communities across the Region and our sports are accessible, we are excited to create an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Action Group that will focus our work and efforts around this very important agenda. In order for us to move this forward we are seeking a Chair to lead the action group; someone who is passionate and experienced in equality, diversity and inclusion work and has a drive to push this area of work forward in aquatics and imbed it into everything that we do. The EDI Chair is a core part of our commitment and provides a great opportunity to be involved in a genuine cultural change.
