All head and assistant coaches of clubs who are operating in the performance development world, or coaching athletes to British Championships and British Summer Meet level.
Who’s speaking at it?
The final speaker schedule is still being finalised but we have various leading speakers and topics lined up. UK Coaching’s Tom Hartley will discuss ‘Play Their Way’. British Swimming staff will consider what excellent coaching should look like and provide updates on the OADF and OCDF projects. Scottish Swimming’s Paul Wilson will present on how clubs can easily and successfully fully integrate para-swimmers into their mainstream training routines.
