The Region is seeking two enthusiastic individuals to join our small and dedicated team. This is an incredible chance for two people to delve into the world of aquatics and contribute to the growth of our four sports, while simultaneously providing support to the membership.
Club Development Officer
The West Midlands Region are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Club Development Officer to join the team on a permanent basis, working 35 hours a week. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Region as part of a busy team. The key purpose to the role is to promote and implement the strategic objectives of Swim England West Midlands for the development of aquatics within the region.
Your role will be working closely with clubs across the region to support their development and growth and to ensure good governance is maintained through the club accreditation process. Delivering a first class support and customer service to the region, its clubs and members. The role offers an opportunity to create growth programmes and to support development of the regions pathways, from grassroots through to elite. We are seeking a friendly, passionate individual with a positive outlook and great attention to detail to support the region in its delivery of aquatic sport.

Administrator
The West Midlands Region are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis, working 21 hours a week. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Region as part of a busy team. The key purpose to the role is to provide effective and efficient administrative functions to the Region, in delivery of all Regional activity and member support.
Your role will be working with clubs across the region, coordinating programmes and delivering first class administrative support and customer service to key stakeholders. We are seeking a friendly, passionate individual with a positive outlook and great attention to detail to support the region in its delivery of aquatic sport.
