Swim England National County Team Championships was held at Ponds Forge, Sheffield on Sunday 2nd October.
Swimmers in 12/13, 14/15, & 16/17 age groups competed in 100m individual events, 4 x 50m medley relays; and to finish a 6x 50m mixed freestyle relay.
Up to around event 23 of 31, Worcestershire & Warwickshire were neck and neck on time and placings, but Worcestershire had the stronger finish and thereby retain the perpetual trophy they won in 2019.
Worcestershire will stay in Division-1 for the 2023 event and be joined by Warwickshire who gained promotion by finishing joint 3rd in Division-2.
