Swim England West Midlands Region is collecting information about the impact of the covid-19 lockdowns on pool time, memberships, finances and workforce.
This will help us plan how we can best support clubs as they return to pools and resume competitions.

This survey has been produced in conjunction with your County representatives and we hope that you will take the time to complete it. We anticipate that it should only take 5 – 10 minutes to complete and we are looking for one response from each club.
The deadline for completion is Friday 30th April and we thank you in advance for taking the time to complete it.
