How to get involved
A great starting point is to contact your local club or County, and ask what opportunities they have that fit your skills and time commitment.

FAQs
What time commitment can I expect?
The amount of time required will depend on the role you take on, and the organisation you sign up through (ie Club, County, or Region).
If you are looking for a low commitment role to start, events are a good place to start. You can volunteer for just one day!
What do I need to start volunteering?
You will need to have a Swim England support membership to volunteer, as this covers your insurance. The organisation you sign up with will be able to let you know how to sign up for this membership, and in some cases the cost may be covered.
Will I receive expenses?
You should receive expenses for any volunteering you carry out within Swim England activities. The expense policies will vary depending on the organisation you sign up to, so make sure you check before committing your time.
