Are you passionate about making a difference? Do you have the time and skills to dedicate to help a BRAND NEW club excel? If so, we want you! We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic and committed to join us on our diving journey. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our club and make a positive impact on the lives of our divers. Whether you have experience in safeguarding and welfare, fundraising or administration, your skills and dedication will be valued and appreciated. Join us in our mission to provide a supportive and empowering environment for our divers to thrive.
The last Diving Club to be established was 10 years ago and was created to continue the legacy of the Olympic Games in London. We are proud to announce that the Country’s next Diving Club will be in the West Midlands to continue the success of the 2022 Commonwealth Games. This club will be known as Sandwell Diving Club.
Sandwell Diving Club will be designed to support divers within the diving competition pathway. Sandwell Leisure Trust take full responsibility of the Diving Programme from grassroots all the way through to performance level and already have a brilliant team of coaches in place. However when it comes to competition planning, club affiliation, membership and socials we need your help! The Diving Head Coach will work alongside the Club’s volunteers to make this a fun, inclusive and accessible environment for the divers to be part of!
This is a hugely exciting opportunity for those who would like to make sure the divers who have already started the programme in Sandwell, compete in 2024.
