Boldmere Swimming & Water Polo Club is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, well-qualified and experienced coach to join our Senior Coaching Team. Specific coaching responsibilities will be negotiated based on the strengths and experience of the successful candidate but will include leadership of agreed squads / age groups.

Boldmere is a successful and high-performing Swimming Club with over 500 active members and squads ranging from Learn To Swim through to Performance and Masters. They are consistently produce swimmers who succeed at County, Regional and National level as well as regularly reaching National Arena League finals. Their ambition is to be a Club at the very top level of swimming in the UK. A recent restructuring is supporting more swimmers to achieve their goals and creating a culture based around the OADF (Optimal Athlete Development Framework).
